Oil Removing Scouring  Penetrant is excellent in emulsifying, dispersing, penetrating and solution. 

Mainly used as penetrant for reactive dyes, acid dyes, direct dyes, vat dyes and sulfur dyes. 

And use to scouring and remove oil in the pretreatment process. 

Help the dye fully dissolve, disperse, and improve color yield and  dye fastness.

Properties

1.Excellent penetration, help the dye penetrate inside to the fiber and prevent "white core" of dyeing fibers.

2.Excellent in emulsifying, dispersing, penetrating. 

3.Make the rolling liquid stable during the dyeing process.

4.Has good leveling so that the dye fabric can be colored equally.

5.Used for desizing can improve desizing rate.

Application

The amount of woven fabrics to pad dyeing is 1-5g/l.  

Only need to add into dye liquor directly.

The amount of dip dyeing is 1-2g/l, and for desizing is 1-2g/l.

Packing & Storage

125kg/ plastic drum, can be stored for 12 months under cool,dry and airy conditions.
