Environmental Friendly Oil Removing Scouring Agent mainly used for oil removing 

and scouring of polyester and nylon, also can be in the same bath with the dye.

Properties

1.Has good emulsification and dispersion to oiling agent of polyester and nylon.

2.Has good exfoliation and emulsification to chemical size.

3.Has good compatibility with dye.

4.Adding in the dyeing bath, can move oil and level dyeing at the same time.

5.Without APEO, is an environmentally-friendly auxiliary.

Application

1. For oil removing and scouring of polyester and nylon in pretreatment process.

The amount of dipping

Oil removing scouring  agent	1~3g/l
Soda ash	1~3g/l
Temperature	95~100°C
Time	20min

2. For dye and oil moving of polyester and nylon in the same bath.

The amount of oil moving agent is 1-2 g/l

Attention 

The effect of oil moving is better under alkaline state.

Packing & Storage

125 Kg in one plastic drum; can be stored for 6 months under cool and dry conditions.
